Tuckered out in the Toy Section

Howllo Fellow Basset Hound and Tuckered Out Lovers…Today we took the baby to Petsmart to pick out a few new toys and a few other things….
She was so busy meeting and greeting that when we got to the toy section she got all tuckered out!
Grandma and I picked out a few toys and she does love them.
When puppies get tired puppies must rest…
More playing with new toys later….Cat, Daisy Lynn, (Chaps and Emma ATB) not really caring about toys that much anyway….

Awwww…when puppies must rest, they sprawl! Well, here at our house, we call it “The Basset Flop”!!!!

We looked for you at the Its a Petafair today! Nosey met two Basset Hounds and invited them to the walk! One of the rescue volunteers who didn’t have her dog with her, said that she rescued a tail-less Basset. She will try to attend the walk as well!
Nosey got a new duck toy from Meijer last night. No toys from the pet fair, but she did get her toenails clipped by Dr. Stamper and sampled and made off with a couple of bags of gourmet treats. Her Papa bought her a Mr. Softee cone and when we got home there was a call on the answering machine that Nosey had won one of the raffles. We’re not sure what the prize is, but it will be at Dr. Stamper’s office on Monday for her to pick up!

That position always looks so uncomfortable. One thing, anyone can be sure of about Bassets. They know how to make themselves comfortable.
She looks so tired out. I could not get in that position no matter how hard I tried…and then the getting up would be another issue. Good for you Daisy!!
