Our Spring bassethoundtown walking club event was a H U G E success!
Howllo Fellow Basset Hound and Walking Club lovers…Today Daisy Lynn and I woke up to a very chilly May morning, 50 degrees to be exact! PERFECT FOR WALKING HOUNDS!
I want to start with the last picture of the day first! It was the absolute best!

So excited that we got to the park an hour and a half before the walk started.
The hounds always arrive early so we were just in time! hehehe
The weather was perfect for the hounds! We had about a dozen!

Mayor Daisy Lynn had the time of her life. She crawled into the basset hauling vehicle and it was lights out! Sweet Dreams darling puppy, sweet dreams of many walks to come…

OH MY STARS! I am so sorry we had to miss this event. Tater Tot and Cookie would have been in heaven with all their beautiful “cousins”! Hopefully we can be there in October. Great pictures and great event. Happy Mother’s Day to everyone.
Oh my DOG !!!! We had so much fun today. Bumper and Abby were up early and just could not wait to go. They enjoyed getting out, seeing other hounds who look like they do and they absolutely loved the weenies!! The door prized were really nice too. When we got home they napped all afternoon! Bumper almost forgot dinner time but he did remember later. Can’t wait till the next walk and hope it is sunny and a little warmer!! Daisy – you were a big hit and everyone loved you!!$
Looks like such a great day! I hope one day we’ll be able to join you for a walk (would a well-behaved pyrenees be welcome … she loves her basset hound).
