Bassethoundtown Walking Club photo made the Kentucky Enquire thanks to resident Marsie Hall Newbold!!!
Howllo Fellow Basset Hound and making the local paper lovers! Bassethoundtown Walking Club not only is a fun event but an event that our local newspaper wanted to acknowledge! YES! Special thanks to resident Marsie Hall Newbold, professional Public Relations specialist, for taking this picture and doing some pawsome PR work!
Here is Marsie and Nosey…
As a side note…Look at the article next to the picture…something about searching for a new mayor!
It was not related of course, but I thought it was funny.
Of course, we here in bassethoundtown have our new Mayor and she walked up to the local quickie mart with Grandma and I to purchase a few hard copies of the paper for prosperity!
It was a stunningly spectacular day for a walk and our Daisy Lynn was strutting her stuff with pride!
We got home and I want to show off Grandpa’s Irises and clematis plantings now in full bloom.
Our young Mayor was so tired and crawled into the late Mayor’s worry bed to play with her newspaper toy (The Daily Growl). I wonder if she is dreaming of more breaking news?
More loving public relations later…Cat, Daisy Lynn (Chaps and Emma ATB) reporting from the rainbow press room.
Love it! I saw the “Looking for a New Mayor” headline and had to laugh… You can’t make these things up! xoxo
It is so awesome to have that picture in the paper. I did a double take when I opened the paper today!! What a great way to wake up in the morning and see a bunch of great hounds!! The walk was fantastic once again!!
That is so cool! I think it should have made the front page.
Grandpa was so talented with landscaping. What beautiful flowers.
Daisy Lynn looks like the happiest puppy in the world standing in your lap. I know she’s the luckiest puppy in the world.
I see that Daisy Lynn is reading the gossip section of The Daily Growl. Like Mother, like Daughter! Ha!
Your home and garden is so beautiful, thank you for sharing them.
I think the Basset Hound Walking events will grow even larger, because everyone has such a wonderful time.
