This is a favorite photo of mine. Mayor Chaps looks so noble and regal.
Chaps was such a sweet guy. I cannot believe howl much he looks like my Bumper in this picture. The older Bump gets the more he looks like Chaps and that is a good thing! You gotta love the big male bassets!
