Summer time and the napping is easy…

Howllo Fellow Basset Hound and napping lovers…Today we were too busy to get a good walk in. Daisy Lynn was not upset about it at all. This hound loves her naps for sure!
This is her “waiting” for her breakfast!!!
Then this afternoon I was checking on her and this is what I found…
Afternoon nap…
I turned on her fan and the AC was already set to 73.
Gawd she made me so tired.
I think the decision not to fold a walk into our day was a hit!
More loving summer napping later…Cat, Daisy Lynn (Chaps and Emma ATB napping by the dog star…)

It is ok for Daisy to have a very lazy day! Her mommy has been very busy with some very pressing issues. Daisy needs to exercise her position of Mayor and make mommy’s problem go away!
Looks like she takes her nap seriously. I know Ollie does too. He will sleep all afternoon on most days.

Shouldn’t you be standing there waving the royal fan on her pretty pink belly? She is so happy and relaxed.
It does my heart good to see Daisy and you folks so happy,Buster and lemondrop send their love, Buster will be 14 in November and Lemondrop 11 in October.
