Howllo Fellow Basset Hound and Bump Bowl lovers!!! This is an older video of a basset boy named Frank (love himz) eating from a home made bump bowl. Doesn’t himz look like our late Mayor?
Daisy Lynn always eats out of a bump bowl. We actually bought a few extra at Krogers the last time we were there.
It really slows a hound down!

We have one for Cookie and Tater, but their bowls have three bumps. Cookie inhales her food. The bowl helps somewhat, but she still eats quickly. Tater has always eaten slowly, so we crate them separately to eat because she would eat his food too.
Frank, didn’t miss a morsel. There is nothing sadder than a Basset Hound and an empty food bowl.
Love Frank the Tank! He is so funny. I saw a video of him eating before. The licking ritual at the end is hilarious.
Oz and Harriet eat pretty normal. Thank goodness. But, Harriet didn’t used to. Harriet now eats in a separate room from Oz so that she doesn’t gobble down her food knowing that she’s not coming out until Oz is finished anyway. She used to steal Oz’s food all the time.
