Welcome bassethoundtown residents to March!
Howllo Fellow Basset Hound and March Lovers! I think this is so exciting. The first day of March means we are over the brunt of winter in Basset Hound Town and that is wonderful for our low to ground hounds! And another wonderful thing! With the help of my assistant/Mayor I got Basset Hound Town taxes prepped and in the mail to my CPA.
Whew!!!
It only took off and on all of February to plow through the data but with the help of a good and loyal town member we finally put our readers down and celebrated with a frozen margarita! It is now a tradition in Basset Hound Town to have Tequila Tax day and get it all done by March the 1st!
Now it is time to work on the first ever Lily Book Tour!
More loving March the 1st and lambs later…Cat, Daisy Lynn (Chaps and Emma ATB drinking frozen rainbow margaritas!)
I am in love with those glasses! And the hound behind them too, of course.
Glad you got taxes ready. Always a stressful thing. I did mine and already got refund!
I LOVE the idea of Tequila Tax Day! One tequila, two tequila, three tequila FLOOR!
Love your thinking about a Tequila Tax day, it really sets the mood. My taxes are done, and I am anxiously awaiting my refunds. Tax refunds are fun money. Money that is not to be spent on bills and such.
By the way, since spring is just around the corner, are you planning a spring walk in May?
DTTandC – that is hysterical! Our local Mexican place is known for their stiff margaritas! I almost am looking forward to next tax day but there will be reasons in between to tide me over…YES!
I haven’t got a refund in decades:(
Oh,Lordy…. Taxes!!!! Taxes starts with a “T” and “T” is the first letter in the word “Tail.” Okay, T must be okay! Aaaaarrrrrooooooooooooo!!!! xoxo
