Rest in peace Queen Victoria, Grand Gal of the House of Puddles

June 13th, 2008 - 8:08 pm KY Time

Howllo Fellow Hound and Victoria Lovers: I learned when I got home this evening that one of the Grand Dames of the House of Puddles passed away. Her name is Victoria. She passed, in peace with her head laying on her paws. A song came to mind when I was enjoying looking at all of the pictures of her so I went to YouTube to see if I could find it. Much to my satisfaction, I found the exact song and concert I attended in 1991 at Wembley Stadium in the London Borough of Brent. If you saw one of my earlier blogs today I was reminiscing about having high tea in London. So, all of this is very surreal for me right now.

We are all going to miss our “Queen Victoria” very much. This is my British tribute to her. All hail the HOP Queen….Forever in our hearts, forever in our souls. I will always treasure these pictures of you. Long live the Queen!

More fondness later….Cat, Chaps and Emma

P.S. I was in the 3rd row

Thankyou Cat for this tribute to Victoria. It is funny how a piece of your heart tears away when a Hopper passes. We love you Victoria.
