Tax Crumbs!

Howllo Fellow Basset Hound and Tax Helper lovers. The only thing that makes tax time of the year bearable are my assistants.
They scour the documents for hours looking for deductions…..
Then inevitably they get bored and scour underneath the fridge for crumbs.
Crumbs….
About all I have left after the 15th….

Slinky, Chaps and Emma all agree that Bassets should be considered dependents, and they are extremely frustrated with the Internal Revenue Service’s stubbornness and stupidity. But they are all determined to right this horrible wrong.
We agree! I also think that we should be able to deduct vet bills.
Unfortunately Ronald filled out his W4 wrong when he started back to work and we didn’t notice it until we did our taxes this year. He claimed a dependent and married. He should have claimed zero. That’s what’s worked in the past.
Fortunately, I had an extra $100 a month taken out of my check because I thought Obama was going to raise the federal income tax. Well, he didn’t. So, instead of getting around $1,300 back we’re only getting $300 back cuz of Ronald’s mistake. Thank doG I took out extra!
I hate taxes. I hate them all. I feel like I’m throwing my money in the trash because I sure don’t see any benefit from them.
I think all paws should march off to washington in protest maybe they might throw us a bone!
I agree with The Grandma! The Mayor can lead the way!
