Waiting for Grandma and Stufffed Green Peppers;)

Howllo Fellow Basset Hound and Green Pepper Lovers!  This past weekend we did a photo shoot of the new Mayor Chaps Blankets we ordered from Earstoyou.net.

We are getting ready to put in the boutique.  Look at this stack!

We really had our work cut out for us and we only had one super model.  Chaps Rudert.  Emma wanted no part of the heat wave.  She prefers her blankee next to the AC vent!

Emma, however, will wait until the cows come home for her Grandma to come downstairs.

She knows that Grandma is good for a few treats and perhaps a patty rub!

Chaps gets in on the action.  He is just coming out of hair and makeup.

Well, she went to the basement first so I had to pop our dinner in the oven.  Can you believe how pretty this is?

Stuffed Super Green Peppers and Sweet, Sweet, Summer Corn on the Cob.

I make Grandma work for her supper!  hehehehe

We moved the Male Super Model outside for the shoot.

I was going to call this blanket Summer Soft Moss but now I am leaning towards Stuffed Super Green Pepper.

Then we have this beauty.  Grandma came up with the name Buttercup, which I love, but now I am thinking Sweet Summer Corn on the Cob.  It kind of goes with the theme of dinner.

The Mayor worked hard on this shoot.  I took about 165 pictures all in all.

This is not the kind of weather for blankets (105 heat index in the shade) but before we know it fall will be upon us like an old dear friend. Then you will want to cuddle up in your very own Mayor Chaps Blanket!

More pictures from the photo shoot later…..Love, Cat, Chaps and Emma

Wow! What a big mound of blankees! I’m sorry but I like Grandma’s name of buttercup for the yellow one.

    Good one Camp Toast!

Emma is really serious about waiting for Grandma isn’t she? You crack me up with the cows coming home and Chaps coming out of hair and makeup. I can see it all happening!

The dinner looks scrumptious, its too bad I am allergic to peppers.

I think Emma and Chaps know that they provide a service for their Grandma, and that it not only brighters their day but hers as well.

Wow, what a delicious looking feast. I will have to pick up a couple new blankies for the kids. We have one. In fact, that is what my Bon Bon was covered in after she passed and we brought her to the vet. The Mayor led a very respectful procession. Now that blanket covers a special table.
    Hugs

Kip that is so sweet. We are honored to have helped Bonnie over the bridge. She was a very special, wonderful girl….
