Frost on the pumpkin but not on the Mayor!
Howllo Fellow Basset Hound and frost on the pumpkin lovers….Today is a stunningly beautiful day. We woke up this morning to frost on the pumpkins and the bluest of bluest skies not to mention Mr. Blue Jay!
Here is the Mayor staying warm in his worry bed!
Then, I just had to take a picture of the sky.
Just beautiful and not a cloud to be seen – just that plane.
So, I come back to my office and start to get a few things together for the Basset Hound Nationals and look who shows up.
Mr. Blue Jay. I have been trying to get a picture of him for days. He always comes after my squirrel friend hides berries in the flower box. hehehe
This berry will not be a winter feast for our squirrel friend!
More loving my Sunday later….Cat, Chaps and Emma
If I didn’t see that piece of tree on the bottom right corner of that picture I would think that you just pasted a pretty blue square in this blog. Wow, perfect sky. We had a beautiful weekend too with the temps in the 80’s during the day and 50’s at night. No frost though. I know that may sound warm to those of you up north but down here it’s very comfortable. Especially after the brutal summer and drought (which we’re still suffering through).
Sometime I think of fall as a sad time, because everything is dying off or going to sleep. Other times, I think it is such a beautiful time because of all the colors and holidays that are coming.
I have to admit, I like the change of seasons.
