Daisy Lynn Rudert and the Purple Hostas!
Howllo Fellow Basset Hound and Purple Hosta Lovers…We have the most beautiful Hostas blooming up our walkway. I had to share with the residents.
Daisy Lynn was not too happy about it.
She was not willing to wait for her walk and started to get a bit miffed!
You can see her lip starting to break into a howl.
I pushed my luck and tried for one more purple perfection….
OK, OK….
Let’s get started on our walk…
We did the Hostas proud!
More loving purple mornings later…Cat, Daisy Lynn, (Chaps and Emma ATB howling by the rainbow Hostas!)
I forgot to tell the residents that today, while we were on our way home a dark summer cloud came over and let out a little burst. The sun was also shining and the rainfall looked like glitter. It was so beautiful. I was loving it but Daisy Lynn was hot footing it home. She was so funny shaking and pulling me down the street. I don’t know what was cuter, the glitter or the rump roast in front of me!
LOL!! She knew what she wanted to do!! My Hostas are done blooming. We are expecting our 1st frost of the season Friday night.
Madam Mayor, patience is an important virtue/characteristics. However, I do understand that you are in the middle of training your human.
That is too funny that she lost patience with you. I don’t blame her. She was under the impression that it was walkie time. The flower pictures could wait! What beautiful flowers and the rain sounds gorgeous too.
