Holding hands with Roy G Biv!
Howllo Fellow Basset Hound and holding hands with Roy G Biv Lovers. Do you know what Roy G Biv means? Red Orange Yellow Green Blue Indigo Violet.
The colors of the rainbow…
I found Daisy Lynn in the bathroom this morning staring at a rainbow being cast on the tub…
She stood so very still staring at the color sequence.
Current research suggests that dogs can see colors but more like the chart below. The study concluded that dogs overwhelmingly preferred using color as a cue rather than brightness.
From my research this morning in the bathroom, Daisy Lynn was looking at colors!
It was so cute.
Daisy Lynn became bored and left but I decided to hold hands with Roy G Biv.
Just a moment in time.
More loving holding hands with rainbows later…Cat, Daisy Lynn (Chaps and Emma ATB hanging with Roy G Biv)

Cat, Could it have really been a message, or just a friendly little sign from “the bridge” that all is well? That’s what I think. I know strange things happen all the time. I just try to make good and happy sense out of all of it!
What do you think??
“The Rainbow bridge” is what I meant of coarse!
How pretty! I’ve never seen anything like that before. I always thought dogs saw gray scale. Looks like they can’t see red, orange, green or purple. Cool! I learned something today.
Karen – I most certainly do think that is what it was. The day after Christmas is when Hospice came to bassethoundtown to collect our Mayor. I know it was him. I felt the same way you do. I even asked big burger boy for a sign. Baby Daisy was just transfixed and she even came and found me to show me. She is really, really bright. hehehe like a rainbow! Thanks for mentioning this Karen….
that is absolutely amazing….a definite sign from the rainbow bridge!
