Preseason Prancing Puppy Promenade Parade!
Howllo Fellow Basset Hound and PPPPP lovers! Today was a perfectly pleasant day in bassethoundtown. We grabbed it by the tail and took off.
Daisy Lynn has the cutest flag on the tip of her tail! So Basset!
It was glorious to be out for the first time this season.
I had Daisy Lynn’s harness, collar and leash washed just for this occasion.
She was styling in her new rhinestone collar that her Aunt bought her. People were driving by and waving, smiling and laughing.
It was a breath of fresh air in bassethoundtown!
Daisy Lynn was leading our Parade! Shining the entire way!
I hope the residents enjoy the pictures!
More loving PPPPP later…Cat, Daisy Lynn (Chaps and Emma ATB having a rainbow Promenade!)
PS – I have a Pooped Pup Passed Out!
still waist deep snow here. i can not wait until it it nice enough for us to get walking & hiking again..we are all getting fat & sassy. it was warm today (44 degrees) so there was some melting but everything that melted froze solid from the night before..& i am sure it will do that again tonight. next week..we get more snow.
ready for some spring…big time!
I would do just about anything to see concrete and grass right now. Our warmest temp forecasted for this week is 17 degrees and that’s for today. Rest of the week highs in the single digits and lows well below zero. Will this winter never end?
Sorry, didn’t mean to grouse – we are tired of winter. Your weather looks nice and the young Mayor is of course adorable. 🙂
Daisy Lynn looks absolutely stunning in her rhinestone collar and clean harness and lead. I am not surprised that she got the waves, smiles and laughing. I hope the days continue to improve in Basset Hound Town!
She looks all tuckered out in that last picture, must have been a good long walk!
We still have lots of snow here in Hudson, N,H, and more is coming on Wednesday! The Spring can’t come quick enough for me!!!
We had a wonderful walk with Cookie and Tater Tot today also! It’s so nice to see the snow melting away. Daisy Lynn truly looked like she was ready for spring! Puxatawnee Phil knows nothing!
Paw-sitively GORGEOUS! Oh, Daisy Lynn…Daisy Lynn…Daisy Lynn… You don’t need rhinestones to shine!!!!! xoxo
She looks so beautiful and she is becoming quite an ICON.
DTTandC – Love your use of the P alliteration! 😉
M&N – You would not believe the fire coming off of that collar. I must have taken about 100 pictures trying to capture it but it just does not come off. Anyway – Daisy Lynn did feel pretty special. So did I! I felt like I had a sign on my back that said honk and wave if you love Daisy Lynn!
MH – yes, she is really becoming famous. Maybe she will go viral???hehehe
Looks like it was beautiful by you!! Sun was shining here on Sunday but much too cold to walk. We have way too much snow on the ground to even try it. We have much colder temps coming & snow!
