Share time in bassethoundtown!

Howllo Fellow Basset Hound and share time lovers…I have been very busy in the basement/garage of bassethoundtown clearing out the clutter.  Grandma and I have been working for years sorting through the stuff we all store for no reason at all…except for this treasured find!

I dusted it off and placed it next to another treasured item.  I just love this little basset hound.  You really can’t see it, but I am wearing a TWA Junior Hostess pin.  Do you guys remember those?  When you flew back then the stewardesses would give each kid her/his “wings”.  I think I wore it for about a year!

So clean out those basements folks, ya never know what you will fly across…

More loving being a Junior Hostess later…Cat, Daisy Lynn (Chaps and Emma ATB with real wings…)

    I think you were in first grade and yes you wore that pin at least for a year.

    Love the photo! Yes I remember those pins too. I have been busy getting rid of all the clutter in our place too. It seems like it is an endless job. LOL!! Have a super Sunday!

    I love the picture and I love the basset hound! Remember that is the same one you gave me for Christmas! It has a special spot in my dining room on a shelf with the grandkids pictures!!

    I think you were in 4th or 5th grade. I don’t remember those pins, but I do remember a lot on the airline commercials for TWA (Travel with Angels).
