My Sitepal was down today!

Howllo Fellow Basset Hound and Sitepal lovers: Sitepal is the talking Chaps on my home page and Chaps giving his Wisenheimer Wisdom.
So, in the true form of a political animal the Mayor decided to take his time off and make himself useful. He worked on his next speech, looked into green jobs in the town, started solving canine hunger, delved into affordable canine health care, visited the seniors, worked at a dog chow kitchen, and even contemplated world peace. These were things all on his list, right after he wakes up!
