Vintage Picture of Emma and Chaps!

Howllo Fellow Basset Hound and Vintage Picture of Emma and Chaps Lovers! OK!, I am in the picture as well with the same groovy hairdo that I wear every day! This picture was taken about a year after I was blessed with the kids!
Remember last weekend I was going through old pictures? Well, this process will probably take about 2 years! I am a prolific picture taker! What really gets me about this photo is that Chaps has brown fur covering his eye areas. Now his face is completely white.

I love your groovy hairdo! Emma looks so proud of her Mom and so happy. And yes, Chaps does look more brown. Jethro is doing the same thing at 8 years old. His eyebrows are totally gray. I think he’s going to be one of those bassets that turns totally white in the face. It just changes them up so much. But we still love em! Rugs is 10 and he’s holding his color much better. But he loves a good butt scratch so his rear end is graying faster than anything cuz we scratch it all the time. Ha!
OM – That is so funny! I am squeezing her so tight she might burst! hehehe
Cindy – I know. Looking at these old pictures just flabbergasted me. You forget how different they look. Chaps Dad is almost snow white!

Everyone looks beautiful when they’re with Bassets. But they NEVER look more handsome or beautiful than the Basset.
