I feel like someone is staring at me when I work!
Howllo Fellow Basset Hound and who’s staring at me lovers? I had to laugh while I was at my desk today. I was working away, trying to get a few things done before I take back Enzo and Oscar to their home today. I had my sister’s dogs for a few days and today is their big day!
They don’t like it here as much as Julian, my nephew does. The Mayor gets a bit huffy from time to time. Anyway, back to my staring co-worker, prodding me along to get our house guests out of his fur.
This is what I was looking at all morning long. He just could not take his eyes off of me, nor me him. It was too cute.
I think the Mayor was making sure he knew what I was doing at all times. A nap was not in order this morning. Just pure joy that he saw Enzo and Oscar’s dogs beds head to the car! YES!

I am not surprised with the Mayor’s attitude, but he masks it beautifully. Bassets are always kind to their inferiors.
Oh, Enzo and Oscar are so cute together. The Mayor won’t be winning any “Miss Congeniality” awards anytime soon, eh?

I think this is a case of the big “J” word. JEALOUSY! He doesn’t want to share his Mommy with anyone except Emma. Jethro does the same thing when I give Oz and Harriet attention. He just sits there and gives me that look of disgust.

way could I get any work done….I would say come on Big Boy lets go and play and then it is treat time….!!!
