Howllo Fellow Basset Hound and Remember When Lovers? I just had to go back in time. My Dad used to walk the kids every day. So much so that a local paper reporter took his picture! This was back in 2005. Grandpa walked the kids every day. Like clock work!
It is so sad. My Dad cannot walk the kids anymore. They are all the worst for it. This is the worst part of getting old for my Dad. He laments over it constantly.
It really is hell getting old. Not only for the elderly but for the others that depended on them. Grandpas are so dependable! He still is. Just not in the walking capacity.

It’s a tough one. I can’t imagine not being able to go out with the woofs. It would distress me immensely.

Thats so sad. I bet Mayor Chaps and Queen Emma give quality time to Grandpas. Letting him pet and ooze loads of love upon them.
