Howllo Fellow Hound and Puppy Hound Lovers:
OMG, this little hound is totally adorable. Her new Mommy is going to re-name her but for now this is Lucy. This little pup was relinquished by it owner to an area pound. I just learned this today, but a pound can euthanize an owner relinquished dog the same day it is brought in due to over crowding. OMG! 
We have this pawsome rescue in Northern KY called ROSA’s .
They were at this particular pound the hour that Lucy was dropped off. They were picking up a few needy souls. Lucy was added to the pile and the rest is history!
Saved by a rescue person! Brings a tear to the eye. Now she is at my home ready to start her new life. I am so happy for her.
Lauryn is the new Mommy and I bet she is eternally grateful. We have a transport going this weekend. I am driving the puplicious to Columbus and from there the pup is being driven to her new Mom. Delicious puppy breath!
It is hard, but I am trying not to fall in LOVE! (Chaps is not feeling it!)

Oh God Cat, She is soooo cute. Someone is going to be very lucky, My first Houndie was a Lucy. She was a Beagle Doxie cross and all sweetheart. She was the love of my life growing up. Funny how I just found her picture before checking the Blog and finding this. Lucy is still thinking of Me ATB.

Lucien and Lilly: Lucy is so tiny. I cannot believe how small she is. 16 pounds? Who knew a hound could be that small? You can see every bone in her body. Melynda, I cannot wait for you to see her face. It is so sweet. Her body is just so bony and cute. Having large hounds, it is so strange for me to be able to pick one up! 16 pounds vs 85 pounds. It is very odd! I know she is a pup, but my lord!

Kip and Gus: This pup would send you both over the moon! Kip, you would need to quit your job because you would have to tend to the pup non stop. Thank God I work out of my home! One day we will get to meet you and you can pick Lilly up and put her in your lap. She is only about 39.5 lbs. (Her diet is working! Only a pound to go!) I know we will have a lot of fun with Lucy.

She has been missing a basset in her life for quite some time now since her last baby went to the bridge and I couldn’t be more excited about her having a new one to fall in love with!!

Cat……Lucy reminds me so much of Abby. Can you believe this Thanksgiving will be a year since we first rescued Abby from the pound. I made a DVD of her first year. I will make a copy and send it to you. Bless you for keeping this little girl. Love you~ Audra
