My sister went back to Atlanta today:(
Howllo Fellow Hound and sister lovers: Well, we had a great time, but my sis had to go home to Atlanta today. I made a H U G E breakfast!
This egg casserole was a big hit! Here is what I did. I took the left over sour-doe rolls from last night and broke them up in the bottom of the dish. Then I added melted butter and onions over them. The next layer was beaten eggs and a healthy dose of heavy whipping cream, (are you crying yet?) I then added shredded sharp cheddar. NO, not done yet. We had some spreadable Brie left which I waved for a few seconds and poured over the top. To top it off, more sour-doe rolls and melted butter onion mixture! Cook at 400 degrees for 30 minutes or until you feel it is done. Serve with Asiago Cheese begals, cream cheese, crispy bacon, potato pancakes, carrot cake, hot coffee, OJ and the most important elements!!!!!!!!!!!!
