OK, as we all know, our Mayor is so benevolent! In honor of his dear 9th birthday (10-17-09), he is holding a caption contest! The winner will receive 25.00 dollars donated in their name to their favorite basset hound rescue! All you have to do is provide a caption to this photo!
The contest ends on Chaps Birthday at midnight, KY time, 10-17-09.
The winning caption will be picked by Chaps Grandpa, who has his 83rd birthday the following week. He has no idea he is doing this, but Grandpa will be very thrilled to perform this task.
When you leave your caption, please leave what basset hound rescue you want to support. You do not need to leave the link, I can add that.
