What a gal. We all need to take a stand when we see an animal being mistreated. The laws need to punish those as if they were mistreating a human. The life of a sparrow is no less precious than that of a human. All life is sacred.

IF Tammy gets jail time it is a travesty. The people who allowed that dog to suffer are the guilty ones and I’m sorry that they probably won’t be punished until they reach the afterlife.
