Thanks Cindy. Chaps had a lot of trouble with his eyes as well. He had cherry eye when he was at the breeders and he also had entropy. Poor boy.

Awwww…why would a breeder not fix his eye? Maybe I shouldn’t ask that question with all the issues you’ve had with the “breeder”.
Cindy, she did fix his cherry eye and told me that was one of the reasons she did not breed him again. But what didn’t sit right with me is that she bred his daughter over and over. I was always told that if the pups are not better than the parents you do not breed the pups.
Sharon and Richard of BoBac Bassets had Chaps eye entropy fixed surgically before they gave him to me. I always put warm wash cloths on his eyes to soothe them. He has really bad crust problems.
BoBac Bassets is not the place to buy a puppy. I just heard some more disturbing news about them today. I will be doing a blog soon. I am gathering my facts.

Well duuuuh…wouldn’t the daughter have it in her bloodline? I don’t understand those people. I’m glad she had it fixed before you got him so it wasn’t on your dime but I’ll bet Chaps would have had a much better nurse if he would have been home with you.
