HoPpers still snowed under, probably until about June at this rate!
Howllo Fellow Basset Hound and House of Puddles Lovers! I just cannot imagine have this much snow to shovel so my hounds can go potty! CRAZY!!!!!!!!
Marilyn must make sure the hounds have a place to go! Any mind you me….There is a lot of going, going on!
Hey Marilyn, howl long did it take you to find the cooleroo? I am sure Buttermilk and the others will enjoy that come around June! LOL! (sorry)…..
More shoveling the snow and “other items” later…..Cat, Chaps and Emma
Brent and I were wondering about HOP the otherday. Poor hounds must be rotten getting around in all that white stuff. Spring will be here soon and think of all the green grass they can lay in. 🙂
Wow! The HOPpers have more snow than we do way up north here! I am sure it takes a lot of “going” to make all those puddles!
Hopefully Jake will be arriving home at HOP very soon.
My furend Jeff and I delivered a freezer to HOP yesterday that he wanted to donate and honestly the snow wasn’t that bad. It is so much fun to watch a new non-basset person arrive at HOP and get swarmed, he was totally overwhelmed but I think he fell in love with Daisy and Lolli. He sat on the stair landing and let the bassets swarm him and Daisy wouldn’t get out of his lap. Of course, the freezer was too wide to fit down the basement stairs and it was too snowy to take it through the backyard so that freezer is going to have to sit under her carport til Spring…but it was a fun, if brief, visit. I heart HOP. :o)
I wouldn’t worry about the Bassets too much. Every Basset I met loves the snow, especially Slinky, she thinks it something special just for her.
