Oh howl time flies…

Howllo Fellow Basset Hound and time flying lovers….or not! I found these pictures and it made me think of time flying.
Here is Emma the first night I brought her home to Kentucky. She slept in a kennel right next to Chaps and I in bed. She was the best sleeper ever! I had her sleep in the kennel for about 3 weeks. Then she figured out the bed! hehehe
Then we have Emma last night, going beddie bye! Oh sweet cornbread, she is the best cuddle muffin ever!
They grow up so fast……and smell like corn muffins! LOL

I’m going to send you some black and white pics of baby Jethro. He always looked mad. Everybody felt so sorry for him cuz he tripped over his ears all the time. I actually have a pic of him stepping on his ear. I caught him right before he bit the dust. Poor little guy. Yep, they grow up fast. Emma still has that cute puppy face.
Emma was a cute puppy but she is still a beauty queen to me!!!!
Oh my the wrinkles Emma has on that sweet face. I heard on the dog show that bassets with the most wrinkles smell the best! Did not know that – guess that is why Bumper can find food anywhere!

I’ve noticed that age is creeping up with my Winnie. It worries me, but I try to focus on the good days we have together.
Walking through the woods yesterday I found myself wishing I could just wrap up all four woofs in cotton wool and protect them from everything that is to come.
