Getting caught up with our Romeo!

March 25th, 2010 - 6:06 pm KY Time

Howllo Fellow Basset Hound and wondering about Romeo Lovers…..Well, our big, big boy is over with his little, little bro for a few days to spend their spring break! A great time is being had by all but you know who!

Anyway, he will get over it. So, of course every time we have our cousin dogs over it either snows or rains. Ah the smell of 4 wet dogs in my tiny abode!

So, we had a break in the rain today and Grandma hustled out the big guy! Himz needs his exercise!

This picture cracks me up. You can kind of see Grandma smiling. It was like we had a shetland pony in our back yard. Oh my this guy is really big!

What a beautiful big boy he has become!!! How old is he now? How much longer does he have to grow? Maybe I shouldn’t ask that. Ha!

I can’t believe how big Romeo has become. By the way, how do you or whomever come up with the name of Romeo?

Romeo is a big, beautiful boy, but how come no more pictures of Enzo?

Poor Enzo! Tomorrow is his turn! The poor thing misses his Mommy so much! Himz is a pretty boy!

Enzo must look like an ant next to his big little brother!

It is so funny. Enzo is his biggest fan! Can you imagine your brother being a 120 pound puppy?

Hi from Romeo’s Mom. We miss Ro Ro and Enzo so very much! We know they are having a blast though. Romeo by the way got his name the way we always do the naming process. We played with him first. Then we saw what a lover he was. He would not leave my sons side. Then we went and had lunch and took out a piece of paper and brainstormed on various names. Then the three of us vote for first second and third best. The name that is voted on the most wins!! I am so glad we picked the name Romeo because it fits him so very well. By the way the name that came in second was Duke. So that is his middle name!!
