Howllo Fellow Basset Hound and what were you doing 13 years ago today lovers?

Well, guess what I was doing? I was closing on my 2 family home! It was one of the best days of my life. This picture is from a few years later. My Mom and Dad moved in with me that very same day! It was so much fun!

We celebrated with tuna fish sandwiches and Champagne! Now that’s Kentucky livin’!

Goodness sakes alive. We just love this home.

Chloe and Lily inspired me to write the Lily book right in my living room!

Also, get this…….

You can see our old family home from the back yard.

Another cool thing. April 1st was my Dads, Moms birthday. That really means a lot to me.

Happy birthday Grandma Lena and Vernon Lane. What would we do without family ties?

I never knew my Grandma Lena. But she looks so much like my Dad. I heard she held me once as an infant before she passed. I bet I loved that!

More loving our 2 family home full of memories and more to come later…..Love, Cat, Grandma, Chaps and Emma

Memories like this make life worth living. I can imagine such wonderful times with my family by going out for a Green River soda and hamburger (I didn’t think the Kennedy children had it any better); or taking my Dad to a Bakers Square Restaurant for a piece of pie and a cup of coffee. We had such wonderful talks, I remember so many things like this.

These are things that make a person’s life rich.
